Wealthy daughter of a hotel chain mogul (Alice Mitazano - famous fashion designer) meets poor widowed father of three (Sato Taro si lebai malang - doing one job after another, constantly being laid off).

Malas nak summarize lebih-lebih. I really like the theme song. It sounds happy & cute ... (my ringtone).

Sachiko Yasuda had a secret crush on Sato Taro. A temp worker at Alice's firm. She really got remarkable talent in fashion but being looked down by others except Alice.

Tsukasa Gotoda (Alice ex-boyfriend - previously a normal guy on the street, went off to America and desserted Alice, then came back to Japan a powerful business tycoon) seeking the hand of Alice upon his return but found that Alice already have a new bf who's also her chauffeur, Sato Taro (Sato Taro was paid by Alice to pose as her bf). Eventhough Gotoda is evil and not really that handsome, but I think he's kind of cool and macho (droolsss - cair la tgk Gotoda ni). Sayang.. kenapa la kau jahat!

Funny thing, I cried my heart out towards the end of the episodes which was actually such a waste. Haha.. bengong. Kene gelak jew..

Bantal Bucuk

About 2 months ago, puas mengodek2 mesin yang mama bagi pinjam. TQ Mama.. But still, jahitan tak lekat kat kain. Aiii... mesin yang rosak ke, kepala I yang rosak. Berhari-hari lamenye mencuba dan ade gak a few people yg tolong cubekan.. tak berjaya gak. My dream to learn using a sewing machine seems like plucking the stars from the sky. Cheewahhh.

Then I decided to repair the machine. Macam terel... Hantar kat kedai JP Doshi kat PJ. Tau pasal kedai dari google la. Kedai ni bagus sebab leh repair macam2 jenis sewing machine.

X kesah brand ape. Tak lah mahal RM45 je sebab xde tukar ape2 barang, cume repair timing yang lari.

My Mr Perfect dah tolong ambilkan mesin tu last Monday. Rasa macam nak meloncat, suke!!! At last, my new toy... ehhhh my new LOANNN toy. Dari hari tu lagi project terbengkalai taw... TQ dear. :)

So, Thursday last week was our replacement for Labour Day and I took the opportunity to make my first trial ever!! Sebelum tu nak citer mase kat sek men dulu masa Ekonomi Rumahtangga kan kite kene belajar menjahit. My first ERT project (tempat letak surat), cikgu yang buatkan dari mule sampai abih.. pas2 cikgu hang kat wall kononnye contoh jahitan terpilih la. My second ERT project (baju kurung - baju sahaja), next day nak hantar masih tak siap. Mesin sumer penuh (tak reti berebut + tak reti pasang), & member lain pon sibuk siapkan project masing-masing on the last day. I duduk je situ tunggu sumer orang sambil buat muke seposen & akhirnya bile bilik ERT hampir2 nak tutup sempat sorang member jahitkan baju I kejap. Baik tol hati die.. Huhu.. Rasanya macam Siti Farhana, tak pon Hilda tak pon Fieda yang tolong jahit. Anyway, mereka ni mmg baik hati.

Nasibb... Lepas tu rasanya macam benci btul la dengan menjahit-jahit ni. Macam... memang takkan teringin punyala nk menjahit. Hantar kedai lagi bagus. Huhu.. Tapi mmg slalu mende yang I rs cam 'sumpah aku tak nak buat' die akan jadi... 'aku nak buat! aku nak buat!'

Tret tet tet.. belasah je jahit terus sarung bantal even rasa cam x confident je.. Ehh boleh ke ni? Dah senget benget jahitannya... x kuasa I nk bukak balik you!. Macam tak jadi je ni.. Xpe teruskan jugak & tgk la kot2 jadi.

Akhirnya siap lah bantal kereta..

Yay!!!!!!!! Senget kat dalam.. tapi kat luar tak nampak kan. Huhu.. Nasib baekkk.

& rasa berbunga-bunga la jugak hati ni sebab dapat pasang zip. Hehe.. nampakkan bantal hasil jahitan tangan projek yang lepas. Baper lame simpan da... Rasanya boleh ke pakai mesin ni lame-lame cket.. Hehe..

Oh... Hari Jumaat lepas before tgk Iron Man 2 @ Midval GSC, makan kat Little Vietnam dulu. Saje je nak note kat sini, macam ok jugak masak kuey tiaw sup utk dinner. Macam masak mee maggi tak..

Sekarang dah habis tengok cerita Gokusen which is amongst the top rating JDoramas after GTO. Kali ni, guru yang hebat tu perempuan yea.. bukan lelaki.

Kumiko Yamaguchi is granddaughter to a Yakuza boss. & being the only decendant (upon the death of her parents), it's only right for her to take over the business & become the next boss.

But, like her deceased father, Kumiko chosed to become a teacher and became a teacher at an all-boys private high school. She was assigned to 3-D, the worst class in the school, full of delinquents - as their homeroom teacher.

Paprik Campur

Rasa kurang syiok coz quality pics yang post dlm blog x seberapa. Tetibe rasa nk beli camera. A few hundred should be ok kot (cheapskate that I am). Kan best klu dapat hadiah camera. Hehe..

Last night, after quite a while, I became the chief cook + kuli & bukan penolong aje. Skali skala suka juga penat sorang-sorang (sebab bebas nk letak apa, potong cincai boncai, nada nada..) but most of the time i.e. malas suka jadi penolong je. Lg best beli terus. Haha.. Tp klu hari-hari beli buntu gak. & x bagus utk kesihatan wallet.

Last night's menu: Paprik campur + telor dadar (4-5 persons)

Surf internet kejap & print resipi (dah lupa nampak sangat lama tak masak)

Resipi yang dah diubahsuai ikut bantai

Bahan-bahan:

1. 5 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)

2. 2 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)

3. 1/2 inci halia (ditumbuk)

4. 7 biji cili api (ditumbuk) - dah pedas ni

5. cili kering (dikisar)

6. 1 biji bawang besar (dipotong)

7. sos tiram, sos tomato, sos cili, kicap manis

8. 2 batang serai (diketuk)
9. 3 kembar daun limau purut

10. air limau kasturi / air asam jawa (pakai asam jawa sebab limau takde - Che CT bakal adik ipar suggest)

11. Udang

12. Daging yang dihiris

13. Sayur - jagung, brocolli, carrot

14. Air

15. Garam

Cara-cara:

1. Goreng daging & keluarkan

2. Guna minyak yang sama, tumis bahan 1-5

3. Bila sudah agak garing, masukkan bawang besar tadi

4. Masukkan udang

5. Sedikit sahaja air supaya bwg tak hangus

6. Bila udang nampak agak masak, masukkan sos-sos & kicap

7. Sedikit air lagi (ikut suka nak kuah pekat macam mana)

8. Masukkan carrot, serai, daun limau purut & air asam

9. Garam secukup rasa

10. Masukkan sayur-sayuran lain

So far, this is my most 'menjadi' paprik. Macam ni la orang jarang masak. Baru masak cket rasa seronok. Hua hua..

Haqimah is still a student doing her ACCA. Previously she took banking and now decided nak try accounting plak.

Anuar just got back Ireland (line accounts jgk). Had been back in Malaysia for only 5 months.

Ubai is in the engineering line. Lompat-lompat company ikut contract. Ade jugak buat kerja for Schlumberger. Dasat tuu.. Now based in Iraq. Mai aiii tatuttss.. But since it's not in Baghdad, should be safer kot. Akan menamatkan zaman bujang June ini.

Azidi.. previously in Proton as an engineer. Sekarang mengikut foot steps parents and sisters jadi full time agent for Prudential. Pon akan menamatkan zaman bujang tahun ni.

Decided to go to Guardian during lunchtime today. Slalu buntu nk lunch apa kat menara ni, boleh la grab Hot & Roll. Today it was Chicken and Cheese Paratha. Nyam.. nyam.. rasa mcm pizza guna dough roti canai.

Nobuta wo produce

Lagi-lagi J-Dorama.. Otak beku for a few weeks. But at least I feel happy.

This drama had won many praise. Alamak.. baru perasan all 3 J-Doramas adalah cerita zaman sekolah. The Japanese agaknya suka buat cerita pasal budak sekolah. Or.. is it us yang perasan muda. The good thing is... lupa hal-hal di office bile tengok cerita pasal budak sekolah.

Kiritani Shuji is a very popular guy at school who gets along with everyone. Every morning before going to school, he made a pact to touch a willow tree near the harbor for luck. One day, Shuji was suprised to find that the willow tree was gone and there stood a freaky looking girl saying that she was planning to hang herself on the willow tree. Scary..

Kusano Akira, is one person that Shuji can't stand. He laughs funny, talks funny and acts funny. For unknown reason, he likes to follow Shuji around and that really annoys Shuji.

A new girl registered at the school and Alas! Shuji found that she was that freaky girl he saw the day his willow tree dissappeared. The freaky girl, Kotani Nobuko, is someone who has no self confidence at all and is content at being made fun of and bullied in school.

Together, Shuji and Akira join hands to "produce" Nobuko as the next popular girl.

Compared to the previous 2 J-Doramas, I find this story a bit slow. But still, it's a good story. Boleh layan jugak.

My Boss My Hero

Again, another Japanese drama review. This week, everyday after dinner, we rushed to our room to finish it of. Thinking about it, well... this can be one of the joys in life. Can we afford it if we are high income earners? Of course money is not the issue but what about time and energy where money can't buy? Haha.. alasan orang gaji ciput like me untuk sedapkan hati. Pasal tengok drama jepun je pandai-pandai buat conclusion macam ni. Well, kalau tak sedapkan hati sendiri, siapa lagi?

Ok.. back to business!!

This story is about 27 year old Sakaki Makio also known as "Tornado", the (young master) of Kanto Sharp Fang, a big Yakuza organization in Japan. Although die sangat kuat dan handal berlawan, hebat ok..., he's very dumb. He can't full write his own name, is extremely bad in math and can't think for more than 90 seconds.

Although the Yakuza boss, a.k.a daddy wanted Makio to take over his place, Makio screwed up a very huge business deal kerana kebangangannya. Daddy give him one last chance to prove himself, i.e. to go to high school and graduate. Otherwise instead of Makio, Mikio his brother shall be appointed as the next in line.

Spending a year in high school, Makio not only learnt the subjects but he also learnt about friendship, love and youth. Nk cerita lebih-lebih tak best la kan.

I love when he does this stupid face, trying to scare the teacher off nak elak kena jawab soalan. Lagi satu mimik muka yang bongok bile die buat muke berfikir/berangan. Ekeke..

I like Kazu's character too. Mcm puppy yang lovable & agak kasihan..

Conclusionnya, mmg suke sangat dengan Makky. He can be cute, macho, stupid, funny and sensitive all at the same time. Awwww sangat kelakian ok...

Samurai High School

Still do not know how to work mama's sewing machine. Sighh... So my project is currently terbengkalai

So to redeem my frustrations, I watch Samurai High School with partner in crime. The drama is quite new, only broadcasted in Oct 2009. Japanese drama dvds are quite cheap compared to Koreans. I wonder... We bought it at Wangsawalk for only RM19.90. He doesn't like Korean movies, the reason being he doesn't like the sound of their language. Not me... I love Korean dramas.

So-so.. here goes the synopsis.

Kotaro is a 3rd year high school student. The classes are divided into Class A, B, C, D, E, F and he's from class F. So you can imagine. Also a goofball and unmanly just add to his unattractiveness package. But then, things happen which results Kotaro being possessed by the spirit of an ancient warrior who's believed to be his ancestor from 18 generations and coincidentally having the same name as Kotaro himself, Mochizuki Kotaro..

Found this drama hilarious (especially everytime he ties his hair when switching to samurai mode - sempat lagi tu!!) and thought that Kotaro is acting well, playing two characters which are so different from one another. Ajinomoto, suzuki, docomo..

Kawaiiii... (kene kecik2 je)

We watch this drama from noon till night. Of course we stopped here and there.

Make Your Bed

Are you the type of person who always have to make your bed? If you don't then will you feel dishevelled especially in the head?

I always have to make my bed when I was in the boarding school. I loathe that especially when the sheet was not a fitted one. But I've nothing against those who thrive on it. It's a good habit to make your bed but I don't like it. It doesn't bring me any satisfaction at all. To me it's just pillows and comforter on the bed, nothing else so why bother.

But.. not making our bed doesn't mean that I don't care about the cleanliness and orderliness of our room. Which includes folding our laundry and pile them up neatly in the wardrobe, clearing up the dressing table, side tables, and stuffs scattering on the carpets and getting rid of the dusts and my hairs which is everywhere. Perhaps it includes ironing his office attires for 2 weeks stock. Today is the day that I have to clean our room. He said he''ll do his own ironing this week. I should let him right? Right... good.

Honestly which bed looks more tempting.. seducing.. inviting.. ??

Handsewn these mini pillows for WTA.. This poor old girl have got no sewing machine. :(

Next target are the pillow covers. Not sure if I can handsew them. Wait & see..

Learnt how to bake choc cake from mom. This is the result. She doesn't fully trust me yet. I guess we'll have to go for a few more rounds before she can.

One of the most fulfilling weekend ever. Must do stuffs like this again.
